TFX / Software & Integrations

Useful software for the way your business works.

A spreadsheet that has become too complicated. A product range that is difficult to explain. Two systems that need the same information typed twice. These are good starting points for a useful digital tool.

Titanium FX provides custom development and integrations from Mackay, working with businesses throughout Australia. I combine interface design and development so a tool is understandable for the people who use it.

Build the missing piece.

You may not need to replace your existing systems. A focused tool or connection can remove a bottleneck and make the platforms you already use more useful. We begin by looking at the task, the people involved, and the information that needs to move.

Start with a real workflow.

Before choosing the technology, we map what happens today. Where does information start? Who needs it next? What happens when it is missing or incorrect? Those questions shape the design and help keep the first version focused.

We agree on the data involved, the integrations that are available, user access and the actions that need a person’s approval. External services can have API limits and subscription requirements; these are checked as part of scoping rather than assumed.

Clear screens. Reliable connections.

A successful tool needs more than a connection that works once. The project should account for validation, understandable error messages and what happens when another service is unavailable. We choose an appropriate level of logging and testing for the work.

If the customer-facing experience needs attention too, explore websites and ecommerce. For repeatable tasks across your tools, business automation may be the best starting point.

Common questions.

Can you connect the tools I already use?

Often, but it depends on the platform’s API, permissions and supported features. Share the tools and the process you want to connect. I’ll investigate the available approach before committing to a solution.

Can we start with a small version?

Yes. A focused first version helps test the important workflow before investing in every possible feature. We can identify what must work at launch and what can wait for real user feedback.

Will AI be part of it?

Only when it serves a clear purpose. Many problems are better solved with ordinary software, rules and reliable data. Where AI is useful, its output and the need for human review are part of the design.

Show me the awkward part.

Describe the task, the tools involved, and what you wish happened instead. We can work out a practical next step.
